How it works
Step 1
30-minute conversation. We look at your funnel, product or dataset together.
Step 2
Written scoping within 48h. A recap: hypotheses, priorities and a proposed format.
Step 3
Start — or not. You decide on the brief. No commitment at the end of the call.
Formats
- Audit
- Sprint
- Retainer
- Product
The format is chosen on the call, based on the problem. The full sequence is on the method page.

Questions before the call
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. A link to the site, the funnel or an extract is enough. We rough it out on the call; the written scoping comes after, within 48h, with no commitment.
MoreLess
If you already have a dashboard, Search Console, ads account or proto, bring it — it speeds things up. It is not a prerequisite. The call is not an exam: it is a two-way diagnostic.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, fully remote, with regular check-ins. A meeting in Paris is still possible when the project calls for it — scoping workshop, prototype review — without that being the default.
MoreLess
The channel (video, e-mail, Slack if you already use it) is set at kickoff. The important part is not the tool: it is a review cadence and a written KPI.
Is the call a disguised quote?
No. Thirty minutes to understand the problem, say whether the studio is the right fit, and leave with a first reading. The scoping that follows describes the work; it is not an invoice.
MoreLess
If it is not a fit — bad timing, out of scope, no decision-maker — we say so. Better a clear no than a “we'll see”.
Do you work with agencies or direct?
Both. Direct with a founder, a CMO or a product owner; as reinforcement for a team or an agency on AI engineering, growth or product. The studio is not trying to “take the account”.
MoreLess
Just say who decides and who already executes. The call is to see where we plug in, not to rebuild your org chart.
What happens after the 30 minutes?
A written scoping: the problem, the KPI, the first step, what is in scope / out of scope. You decide after that — no aggressive follow-up, no implied commitment.
MoreLess
If we go ahead, the first sprint starts from that text. If we don't, you keep the diagnostic. That's it.
