Workfluence — 500 automated job pages and 4,000 visits a month
By Mathieu Milon, AI engineer growth & CRO · Published
Webflow in 3 weeks, personas, semantic clusters, 500 automated job pages (Python + ChatGPT, CMS API).
4,000 visits / month
Context
HelloLead launches Workfluence.fr, an HR and work news site backed by a lead engine. The goal: capture a qualified organic audience and point it to the offer, without depending on a media budget.
Problem
Produce a volume of actually useful content — complete job pages — with no writing budget, and without falling into hollow content that does not rank and engages nobody.
Approach
Five phases: first the editorial and semantic structure, then production automation at marginal cost.

Automation
Site
Phase 01 — the site is designed and launched on Webflow in three weeks: the HR news foundation the lead engine hangs on, with no media budget.
Semantic clusters
Phases 02 to 04 — personas, keyword research, then grouping into clusters. Editorial architecture is decided before volume: that is what makes a job page find its topic instead of diluting it.
Architecture in detail
Personas frame intent, keywords frame wording, clusters frame attachment: each job page belongs to a cluster and editorial articles link into it.
Page generation
Phase 05 — once the cluster is set, production switches to a script: the cost of an extra page becomes marginal, and the real fixed cost is review again.
Pipeline in detail
A Python script generates the 500 pages from a database, with GPT-4 via a ~$20 subscription, then publishes them through the Webflow CMS API; Selenium completes the tooling. Each page is reviewed and corrected before publication.

- Webflow
- Python
- Selenium
- GPT-4 (~$20 subscription)
- Webflow CMS API
Where AI comes in
500 pages generated by script from a database, reviewed and corrected before publication — not an auto-generated site: an SEO cluster fed at marginal cost.

Takeaway
- 1
The cluster before the volume: without semantic architecture, producing 500 pages only dilutes.
- 2
Human review remains the bottleneck — that is what keeps pages useful and reliable.
- 3
A ~$20 subscription rather than an industrialised API: the right tooling level for the volume aimed at.
